Hibiscus, shea butter and a UV filter for your hair: a leave-in spray for curls and waves that is not rinsed out and can even go on dry hair during the day.
Urban Care is a brand of Selen Kozmetik from Istanbul and has been produced since 2013. This spray is the liquid leave-in care in the Twisted Curls Hibiscus & Shea Butter line: not a cream from a tub, but a two-phase care cream in a spray bottle that you shake before each use. Hibiscus and shea butter give the line its name, and a UV filter is meant to protect hair on sunny days. The brand does not state an SPF, as this is hair care rather than sun protection for the skin. The formula is vegan.
For curls, the care has to stay put without weighing hair down, and a spray has a real advantage here: it spreads evenly without you having to pull the curls apart with your hands. It nourishes, adds moisture, softens waves and curls, adds shine and keeps hair light, and it reduces the look of frizz and static. If curls collapse or fly away during the day, the spray also works on dry hair.

How to use
Shake the bottle before use, spray evenly onto wet or damp lengths and ends, and comb through with a wide-tooth comb before styling; there is nothing to rinse out. During the day it can also go on dry hair, for example when curls fly or collapse. Start with a light, even spray and top up as needed, depending on hair length and volume.
