About the product
It's So High is a dry shampoo for the roots: keratin complex and a UV filter bring volume back to flat hair, without any water.
Urban Care comes from Istanbul and was founded in 2013. It's So High belongs to the Volume line. The formula contains rice starch, which absorbs excess oil at the roots, and the propellants are butane, propane and isobutane. There is also a pleasant fragrance.
When the roots look flat by the afternoon, it is time for the dry shampoo. Shake, spray onto the roots, massage in, brush out, and after about a minute the hair should feel fresh, lively and fuller. The formula leaves no white residue and is meant for all hair colours. We like products with a clear purpose, and this one is about volume. A hair wash cannot be replaced by dry shampoo, but until the next wash it keeps the roots in shape.

How to use
Shake the can well and spray the dry shampoo from 20 to 30 cm away onto the roots, ideally dividing your hair into sections. Massage it in with your fingertips and brush the hair thoroughly; no rinsing is needed. You can use it at any time of day. The instructions on the packaging also apply.
